Management complies with high requirements of EU food safety standards applicable to food products. “From the farm to the table” the product is fully traceable. The company has implemented the food safety system, all programs and procedures are based on the best manufacturing practices as well as the principles of critical points analysis methods – HACCP system. The system complies with the requirements of Codex Alimetarius and BRC Global Standard. In essence this method applies systematic approach for identification, analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards at each manufacturing stage. The whole manufacturing cycle is controlled by identification of the potential risks and their elimination. The policies for the control of foreign bodies are developed and implemented in the company – glass, wood, metal, plastic, etc.
The high hygiene in production and storage facilities, equipment and personal hygiene of workers and employees is maintained in the company.
On the premises operates the company owned laboratory for quantitative, qualitative, physicochemical control of the manufactured products. For the microbiological control, control of viruses, pesticides and heavy metals, as well as the verification of the own laboratory are used the services of external accredited laboratories – Primoris, SGS and others.
The team of highly qualified employees including managing team, specialists, technologists and technicians is one of the most important factors for the company’s leadership position in the industry.
The annual manufacturing capacity of the plant is over 2500 tons and the company has a capacity to store over 1600 tons of the final products.
